Click & Brew Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Click & Brew! Our Gift Cards make for a perfect present, and we want to ensure you have a delightful experience. Please read the following Gift Card Terms and Conditions carefully.
1. Gift Card Redemption:
- Click & Brew Gift Cards can be purchased on the Click & Brew website.
- To redeem at Click & Brew cafe, present the Gift Card order number to Click & Brew staff at the check out counter.
- To redeem at Click & Brew website, pls contact Click & Brew customer support team via [email protected] before the items is checked out, our staff will assist you through the check out process with gift card credit.
2. Gift Card Expiry:
- Click & Brew Gift Cards are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Expired Gift Cards are not eligible for extension or redemption.
3. Non-Transferable:
- Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.
4. Multiple Gift Cards:
- You may use multiple Gift Cards for a single purchase.
- Gift Card amounts cannot be combined to create a balance with multiple purchases.
- Gift Cards is allowed to be used with other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated.
5. Refunds:
- Gift Cards are non-refundable, and their value cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
6. Gift Card Abuse:
- Click & Brew reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Card transactions suspected of fraudulent activity.
7. Modification of Terms: Click & Brew reserves the right to modify or amend these Gift Card terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised terms on the Click & Brew website.
By purchasing, using, or accepting a Click & Brew Gift Card, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
