Click & Brew Warranty Terms

Effective Date: 1 Dec 2023

1. Warranty Coverage: Click & Brew warrants that its mechanical keyboard products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. 

2. What Is Covered: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered in the normal use of the product, including but not limited to issues with brewing functionality, electronic components, and structural integrity.

3. What Is Not Covered: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
• Use of non-approved accessories or components.
• Acts of nature, accidents, or external forces.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Due to the nature of keycaps, switches and other accessories and their usage, they are not eligible for warranty.

4. Obtaining Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must contact Click & Brew's customer support within the warranty period. Proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue, along with any supporting documentation or images, may be required.

5. Warranty Remedies: If a defect in material or workmanship is found within the warranty period and is covered by this warranty, Click & Brew will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
• Replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

6. Exclusions and Limitations: To the extent permitted by law, Click & Brew's liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the product. Click & Brew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Warranty Claim Procedure: To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser should contact Click & Brew's customer support via c[email protected]. A Click & Brew representative will guide you through the warranty process, including any necessary documentation and shipping instructions.

8. Warranty voidance: Attempted self-repair or services by other individuals may void the warranty or eligibility for further Click & Brew services.

8. Modification of Terms: Click & Brew reserves the right to modify or amend these warranty terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised warranty terms on the Click & Brew website.

By purchasing and using Click & Brew products, the original purchaser acknowledges and agrees to abide by these warranty terms.
